- Own the Procure-to-Pay and Supplier Relationship Management product strategy for manufacturers.
- Define the product vision and roadmap across sourcing, supplier onboarding, PO execution, invoice collaboration, supplier risk, and AI decisioning.
- Lead end-to-end workflow product management across ERP, SRM, procurement, supply chain, quality, finance, and AI teams.
- Translate customer pain points and market feedback into prioritized product requirements, workflow maps, and measurable outcomes.
- Build AI agent and decision service capabilities for procurement workflows, including exception handling, risk monitoring, and decision support.
- Partner with engineering, sales, services, customer success, and executive leadership on roadmap, adoption, packaging, and differentiation.
Required Skills
8+ years of product management experience in enterprise software4+ years of experience in procurement, source-to-pay, procure-to-pay, SRM, supplier collaboration, supply chain, ERP, or related enterprise workflowsStrong understanding of direct or complex procurement processes, ideally in manufacturingExperience building products that span multiple users, systems, workflows, and approval pathsAbility to translate complex business processes into simple, scalable product experiencesStrong customer discovery, roadmap planning, prioritization, and stakeholder management skillsExperience working closely with engineering teams in an agile product development environmentAbility to influence cross-functional teams without relying only on formal authorityStrong executive communication skills and ability to simplify complex topics for senior audiencesWell-versed in AI PDLC

Experience with direct materials procurement, BOM-driven sourcing, supplier collaboration, supplier risk, supplier quality, or manufacturing supply chainsExperience with enterprise ERP systems such as QAD, SAP, Oracle, Infor, Epicor, Microsoft Dynamics, or similar platformsExperience with SRM, source-to-pay, procurement orchestration, AP automation, supplier portals, or supplier networksExperience building AI, automation, workflow, or decision-support capabilitiesExperience working with mid-market or enterprise manufacturersExperience from companies in procurement, supply chain, ERP, or manufacturing software
