- Identify and prioritize high-impact problems across student journeys, revenue funnels, and internal workflows.
- Design solutions grounded in user needs, operational constraints, and business impact.
- Build AI-assisted prototypes, MVPs, workflows, and automations to validate ideas quickly.
- Work with engineering to productionize and scale validated solutions.
- Improve internal tools, AI-in-the-loop workflows, and integrations to reduce manual effort.
- Run build-measure-learn loops and own measurable outcomes across initiatives.
