- Define and own the product strategy and multi-year vision grounded in customer needs and market dynamics.
- Translate strategic priorities into outcome-oriented roadmaps with clear success metrics and sequencing.
- Lead customer-led discovery, validate assumptions, and use qualitative and quantitative data to shape decisions.
- Own pricing strategy and partner with Product Marketing, Finance, and Sales on packaging and value.
- Drive product-led growth by improving adoption, retention, expansion, and go-to-market readiness.
- Build, lead, and mentor a high-performing Product Management organization and align cross-functional teams.
