- Develop and communicate the product vision and strategy for AI/ML model monitoring and governance.
- Understand the needs of data scientists, machine learning engineers, and model risk officers across Capital One.
- Partner with business and technology leadership to prioritize key problems and maximize business and customer outcomes.
- Collaborate with teams in India and the USA to drive alignment across the platform.
- Use design thinking and analytics to inform product design and guide research, prototyping, and experimentation.
- Maintain a healthy backlog, support agile ceremonies, and help resolve impediments.
