- Own global HR IT solutions for authorizations and analytics, ensuring stability, compliance, and continuous improvement.
- Build and lead a high-impact team in Hyderabad and establish it as a trusted delivery hub.
- Act as the interface between business and IT across regions to translate requirements into scalable solutions.
- Drive the next generation of HR analytics using modern SAP technologies and AI-driven capabilities.
- Lead AI adoption in the team and integrate AI into the product roadmap for analytics and data-driven decision-making.
- Shape and execute the global delivery and transition strategy, including knowledge transfer and capability build-up in India.
