- Own the use case from definition through adoption for rural digital infrastructure programmes.
- Write product specifications for engineers and manage scope changes.
- Run day-to-day counterpart management, including working groups, review meetings, escalations, and decisions.
- Track adoption metrics and identify where the system breaks down or needs fixes.
- Coordinate field work, including site visits, user research, and training for system operators.
- Produce notes, reports, and materials for the counterpart, funder, and domain lead.
Required Skills
6+ years in rural development, agriculture, livelihoods, or public-sector programme deliveryAt least 2 years working with a government counterpartExperience taking a digital or data product from definition into useDirect experience with self-help groups, farmer producer organisations, Panchayati Raj institutions, or block-level government staffAbility to translate between engineers and government officialsStrong written communication and reporting skillsHindiWillingness to travel 30-40%Responsible and sophisticated use of AI
