- Own the growth product strategy and roadmap across acquisition, activation, engagement, and retention.
- Build product-led growth loops through referrals, rewards, sharing, virality, and network effects.
- Drive acquisition and conversion by running experiments and improving landing, onboarding, activation, and core journeys.
- Build and scale growth programs across incentives and lifecycle experiences to improve CAC, conversion, engagement, and retention.
- Lead cross-functional execution with Engineering, Design, Marketing, and Analytics to ship growth bets quickly.
