- Own programs end-to-end across product, customer success, growth, and other teams from scoping through launch and impact.
- Translate company goals into execution plans with roadmaps, owners, milestones, and measurable outcomes.
- Drive the operating cadence through planning cycles, reviews, and leadership updates.
- Surface dependencies and blockers early, and drive decisions that unblock delivery.
- Run reliability and quality programs to improve agent reliability, app stability, and support quality.
- Build lightweight processes and playbooks that help the organization scale without bureaucracy.
