- Support assigned product lines in policy and regulatory efforts.
- Define product strategy and positioning for new products and enhancements.
- Lead cross-functional product, implementation, and process improvement efforts.
- Analyze market, regulatory, and operational data to recommend feasible solutions and mitigation plans.
- Orchestrate end-to-end product cycle strategy, including development and implementation for assigned lines of business.
- Train and mentor lower-tier staff on unit processes and subject matter expertise.
