- Lead discovery, user research, and performance benchmarking to identify bottlenecks and scalability gaps across mobile and web.
- Own the product roadmap for platform performance, reliability, and scalability in line with business goals.
- Manage the backlog, define epics and user stories, and prioritize performance and infrastructure improvements with engineering, design, and trading teams.
- Translate platform vision into user stories, workflows, acceptance criteria, and technical requirements.
- Define, track, and report on performance metrics such as latency, stability, load times, and uptime.
- Manage the full product lifecycle from ideation through launch, including release planning, UAT, and post-release monitoring.
