- Define the product strategy, roadmap, and vision for the tax product portfolio.
- Translate complex tax requirements, regulations, and customer needs into technical specifications, user stories, and user experiences.
- Drive alignment across engineering, design, subject matter experts, and other cross-functional teams.
- Manage the end-to-end product development lifecycle and launch planning.
- Own customer engagement, product communications, and post-launch performance tracking.
- Establish KPIs, identify gaps, and drive continuous product improvement.
