- Own the end-to-end UPB program for ROW countries.
- Drive initiatives to improve Units Per Box and reduce packaging splits.
- Partner with supply chain, operations, product, and category teams to define goals and deliver year-over-year improvements.
- Use inventory, FC stocking, and technology inputs to improve Units Per Purchase to Units Per Box conversions.
- Analyze data to identify issues and opportunities, then communicate insights to senior stakeholders.
- Influence Director- and VP-level stakeholders to support customer behavior and profitability goals.
