- Own a single OMS module or module cluster end to end across discovery, definition, delivery, and adoption.
- Run customer discovery with e-commerce operations teams and translate workflows, pain points, and data into roadmap opportunities.
- Write PRDs, FRDs, user stories, API documentation, workflows, and integration specifications for order management solutions.
- Partner with Engineering, Solution Architecture, QA, and cross-functional stakeholders to scope, estimate, test, and launch features.
- Define success metrics, monitor adoption and operational health, and drive continuous improvement after launch.
- Lead backlog prioritization, sprint ceremonies, and trade-off decisions while managing quality, risk, and dependencies.
