- Define and drive the product vision, strategy, roadmap, and business plan for network automation and assurance capabilities.
- Identify customer needs, market opportunities, competitive trends, and emerging technologies to shape product direction.
- Prioritize capabilities across network automation, observability, service assurance, continuous validation, intelligent insights, and automated remediation.
- Drive Day 0/Day 1/Day 2 network operations use cases, with a focus on proactive Day 2 assurance.
- Partner with Engineering and Architecture to define requirements, technical priorities, APIs, workflows, and user experiences.
- Engage customers through discovery sessions, workshops, POCs, and executive briefings to validate product direction.
