- Define the vision and strategy for Twin’s member experience in India.
- Own the end-to-end member journey across onboarding, daily guidance, nutrition, medications, activity, connected devices, progress, and care-team interactions.
- Design AI-native experiences that combine the Digital Twin, AI, and human care across app, chat, voice, and proactive touchpoints.
- Drive measurable member outcomes through engagement, behavior change, adherence, satisfaction, and clinical results.
- Lead cross-functionally with Engineering, AI/ML, Clinical, Data, Operations, and Design from vision through launch.
- Manage and mentor a product manager while raising product practices and accountability for outcomes.
