- Understand customer needs and translate them into product requirements and user stories.
- Coordinate with pre-sales, business analysts, developers, UX/UI, and DevOps to shape and deliver the solution.
- Create the product vision, roadmap, and architecture, and track delivery against plan.
- Drive testing, UAT, defect tracking, and client sign-off for product releases.
- Identify automation and process-improvement opportunities to reduce cost, time, and effort for clients.
- Manage team resourcing, performance, engagement, and talent development.
