- Understand customer needs and translate them into product requirements and user stories.
- Coordinate with pre-sales, business analysts, developers, UX/UI, and DevOps to deliver the solution.
- Create product vision, roadmap, and product architecture aligned to customer needs.
- Drive testing, UAT, client-side validation, and final sign-off for delivery.
- Track defects, resolutions, impact analysis, and incremental change requests after deployment.
- Manage team resourcing, performance, engagement, and talent development.
