- Own the strategy, roadmap, and delivery of InsurTech and FinTech platform capabilities across Expedia Group brands and markets.
- Organize the platform vision into themes that address short-term business needs and long-term scalability.
- Partner with engineering to define reusable capabilities, APIs, integrations, and data models that reduce complexity and improve reliability.
- Translate strategy into clear product requirements and manage dependencies across complex, multi-team programs, including platform migrations.
- Represent InsurTech with partner platform teams to manage inbound requests, negotiate ownership and support models, and improve ways of working.
- Collaborate with engineering, design, data science, commercial, finance, legal, and suppliers to deliver customer-centric products.
Required Skills
5+ years of product management experiencePlatform or technical product management experienceExperience building capabilities used by multiple products or teamsStrong technical acumen with APIs and integrationsUnderstanding of data models and architecture trade-offsAbility to work with engineering on platform constraintsData fluency and metrics ownershipAbility to define experiments and interpret resultsStakeholder management and cross-functional collaborationNegotiation and influence without direct authorityExperience with ML/AI-powered productsUnderstanding of responsible AI practices
