- Own and manage the commercial payments product backlog and keep it aligned to roadmap and business objectives.
- Translate customer and business needs into clear requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria for engineering.
- Lead a cross-functional Scrum team through sprint planning, stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives.
- Prioritize features and enhancements using customer feedback, analytics, market trends, and technical feasibility.
- Coordinate with stakeholders, sales, marketing, support, and leadership on scope, timelines, releases, and go-to-market execution.
- Track KPIs, monitor sprint progress, mitigate risks, and report product performance to senior leadership.
