- Identify and prioritize product opportunities based on customer needs, business objectives, market trends, and data.
- Own the product lifecycle from problem discovery and ideation through execution, launch, measurement, and iteration.
- Define product hypotheses, success metrics, and roadmap priorities for key product areas.
- Own product funnel reviews and analyze customer journeys to improve acquisition, activation, engagement, conversion, and retention.
- Work cross-functionally with Engineering, Design, Data/Analytics, Business, Operations, Risk, and Compliance to deliver products end-to-end.
- Partner with senior stakeholders and drive alignment, communication, and execution without direct authority.
