- Own the end-to-end product strategy and roadmap for the Hotel vertical.
- Conduct structured field discovery across the hotel ecosystem and turn findings into product inputs.
- Map the full hotel invoicing and GST data flow and define integration specifications for priority partners.
- Write complete PRDs and partner with engineering through build, release, and backlog execution.
- Collaborate with Sales, BAs, and CS on client conversations, rollout plans, and product intelligence.
- Track GST regulatory and hotel-tech changes and use them to inform prioritization.
Required Skills
4–6 years in product managementTravel, hospitality, fintech, or enterprise B2B SaaS experienceField discovery with external ecosystem partnersWorking knowledge of corporate travel ecosystems (TMCs, GDS, OTAs, PMS)B2B product integration experience with at least two external systemsPRD writing and engineering partnershipComfort with field-heavy, travel-intensive work across India

Direct experience with Concur or SAP Concur integrationsBank lodge card programs and virtual card reconciliationPayment gateway integrations (Razorpay, HDFC SmartPay, Mastercard)GST, e-invoicing, or indirect tax reconciliation exposureExperience with Opera Cloud, Amadeus, Sabre, or equivalent hotel/GDS platformsBackground at a TMC, GDS, OTA, hotel chain, or hotel software company
