- Own the PLG funnel end to end across activation, onboarding completion, trial-to-paid conversion, and expansion.
- Identify funnel drop-off points, design experiments, and ship improvements that increase conversion and retention.
- Build and run a continuous experimentation program with hypotheses, instrumentation, A/B tests, and readouts.
- Optimize onboarding and activation across web, CLI, and VS Code surfaces.
- Improve onboarding for non-primary providers such as GitLab and other non-GitHub paths.
- Partner with engineering to instrument events and define North Star and input metrics for leadership.
