- Own and scale product experiences that drive acquisition, activation, engagement, retention, and monetization.
- Define and continuously refine the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for the growth product area.
- Partner with engineering, design, data, marketing, CRM, support, and operations to deliver end-to-end product initiatives.
- Translate customer, market, and competitor insights into product requirements, priorities, and growth experiments.
- Lead the development and rollout of growth features such as onboarding, referrals, promotions, loyalty programs, and notifications.
- Monitor funnel, cohort, and user-behavior metrics to optimize product performance and business impact.
