- Own the product vision, roadmap, and end-to-end lifecycle for Workday Performance Management.
- Define and prioritize the product backlog and align delivery to HR and enterprise priorities.
- Partner with senior HR leaders, Talent CoEs, and technology teams to design scalable Workday solutions.
- Lead Workday solution design, configuration, release readiness, regression testing, and feature adoption.
- Drive standardization, simplification, automation, and continuous improvement across performance management processes.
- Ensure configurations, documentation, and data handling comply with global data protection and regulatory requirements.
