- Define and evolve the strategy for the Flights problem space aligned to marketplace growth and commercial objectives.
- Own the roadmap and sequencing across discovery, validation, delivery, experimentation, launch, and optimisation.
- Improve the traveller experience across shopping, booking, fulfilment, and self-service, with a focus on truthful and fast experiences.
- Lead cross-functional squads across Engineering, Design, Data Science, Supply, Commercial, Finance Ops, and Customer Support.
- Build systems for zero-touch refunds and exchanges, booking record reconciliation, and money movement tracking.
- Balance near-term commercial wins with foundational platform investment and measure outcomes such as conversion, traffic quality, provider performance, cost-to-serve, and retention.
