- Own a product area end to end, including the problem space, roadmap, and outcomes.
- Develop deep user and workflow understanding, and identify where the current experience breaks down.
- Write clear PRDs and requirements with problem statements, success criteria, scope boundaries, and edge cases.
- Partner with engineering and design through framing, release, trade-offs, and sprint execution.
- Define instrumentation and success metrics, then evaluate whether shipped features moved the metrics.
- Represent the product area to sales, customer success, support, and leadership across regions.
Required Skills
2–4 years in product managementAt least 2 years owning a product area for a B2B or enterprise SaaS productStrong written communicationProduct analytics and metric definitionAgile product development with engineeringScope trade-off and prioritizationBachelor's degree or equivalent experience
