- Write PRDs and user stories to drive delivery.
- Evaluate and onboard new hardware and services offerings.
- Build internal training programs, playbooks, and product materials.
- Visit factory sites and translate field feedback into product requirements.
- Support technical demos, BOQs, and solution proposals for enterprise accounts.
