- Manage feature, O&M, and defect backlogs.
- Translate business requirements into technical requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
- Design and document process flows, use cases, screen prototypes, interface changes, and data requirements.
- Lead discovery, grooming, refinement, design review, sprint review, and PI planning sessions.
- Act as the liaison between Product and Engineering Delivery teams to build backlog and release plans.
- Oversee EPS maintenance activities, production issues, regulatory readiness, and system stability.
