- Own a specific travel product such as Flights, Hotels, or Holidays and drive GMV, revenue, growth, and retention.
- Work as the CEO of the product by partnering with business, marketing, content, operations, and leadership teams to solve customer and business problems.
- Translate real-world travel scenarios like pricing, cancellations, refunds, and supplier terms into clear product rules and MVPs.
- Analyze funnels, retention, failure rates, and search/booking trends to identify issues and prioritize fixes.
- Work directly with vendors and suppliers to debug integration issues, validate data quality, and negotiate operational fixes.
- Build quick prototypes, internal tools, or automations using AI coding tools and agentic workflows before handing off to engineering.
Required Skills
3-6 years of product management experienceStartup experienceHands-on execution with tech, business, and marketing teamsCustomer escalation handling and direct customer communicationData analysis of funnels, retention, failure rates, and booking trendsProduct prototyping using AI tools such as Claude, Cursor, Lovable, or ReplitAbility to write detailed specs and user storiesDebugging with engineers and validating integrationsBusiness logic and product rule design
Nice to Have
Basic UI/UX design for prototypesBuilding internal tools or front-ends without a dedicated designerAI agent workflow designExperience in travel techExperience with sales, account management, or vendor negotiations
