- Act as the regional champion for the Performance Materials portfolio in India.
- Develop and execute regional growth strategies aligned with business objectives.
- Build relationships with Automotive OEMs, Tier suppliers, EV customers, and distribution partners.
- Partner with sales, engineering, and FAE teams to develop and close new business opportunities.
- Lead product positioning, value proposition, and portfolio lifecycle decisions.
- Provide regional demand forecasts, market inputs, and customer insights to support planning and roadmap decisions.
