- Own discovery for a high-usage workflow area and translate customer/prospect insights into product direction.
- Build and maintain a single prioritized roadmap for the area, balancing competing stakeholder needs.
- Partner end to end with engineering and design from kickoff through release and downstream communication.
- De-risk ideas by testing assumptions before committing engineering time.
- Instrument shipped work, measure outcomes, and use evidence to improve product judgment.
- Deliver iterative increments each sprint tied to a real outcome or learning.
