- Conduct market, competitive, and user research to inform product strategy
- Collaborate with UX/UI, engineering, marketing, and customer success to build and launch product experiences
- Write clear product briefs and specs aligned to business and user goals
- Define success metrics, run experiments, and use analytics to improve the product
- Drive product discovery and execution for the Online Reputation & Listings Management platform
- Identify opportunities to simplify workflows and apply AI and automation where it adds value
Required Skills
3+ years of product management experience at a SaaS companyExperience building and scaling products or impactful featuresUser interview and customer research skillsStrong understanding of modern UI/UX principlesSpec writing and product documentation skillsTechnical fluency to partner with engineering teamsStakeholder management and cross-functional collaborationAnalytics, experimentation, and data-driven decision making
