- Manage product resources and delivery across the Centre of Excellence, regions, markets, clients, affiliates, and partners.
- Gather market requirements, study the competition, and own the MRD and PRD.
- Drive cross-functional execution to align the product roadmap with market demand and business strategy.
- Manage PLP gate processes, milestones, launches, and product promotions.
- Support bids, proposals, pricing reviews, and sales forecasts with technical and product compliance input.
- Optimize margin, revenue, and ROI through prioritization of enhancements, pricing strategy, and cost/benefit analysis.
Required Skills
Bachelor’s degree in business management or relevant field3–6 years’ experience in product management or business managementExperience creating and managing a product roadmapFinancial acumen and understanding of pricing, margin, COPQ, and ROICross-functional stakeholder managementExperience working across sales, manufacturing, operations, purchasing, marketing, and R&DStrong relationship-building and communication skillsAbility to work in a complex, global environmentStandard security clearance
