- Manage product resources and coordinate delivery across CoE/manufacturing, regions, markets, affiliates, and partners.
- Gather market requirements, study competition, and own the MRD and PRD.
- Create and drive product roadmaps, release plans, and cross-functional execution to meet market demand and business strategy.
- Support bids, proposals, product compliance input, launches, promotions, and sales enablement.
- Prioritize product enhancements and evaluate cost/benefit and ROI inputs.
- Own pricing reviews, margin performance, and service concept alignment with the commercial team.
Required Skills
Bachelor’s degree in business management or relevant field3–6 years of experience in product management or business managementExperience creating and managing a product roadmapStrong stakeholder management and relationship-building skillsCross-functional collaboration across sales, marketing, operations, manufacturing, R&D, and purchasingAbility to analyze market requirements and competitionFinancial acumen and understanding of margin, pricing, and ROIExperience working in a complex, global environment
