- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to build and launch new features and enhancements.
- Gather, prioritize, and translate customer and stakeholder requirements into product plans and user stories for the L2 use case area.
- Drive product strategy, roadmap planning, and quarterly execution with a focus on long-term product horizons.
- Run continuous discovery, including customer interviews, prototype testing, beta programs, and feedback sessions.
- Track product metrics and user engagement data to identify opportunities for improvement and measure impact.
- Mentor junior product managers and represent the product team across marketing, sales, engineering, and customer-facing forums.
Required Skills
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, Engineering, or related fieldProven product management experience across the full product lifecycleStrong analytical skills and ability to use data to drive product decisionsExcellent communication and presentation skillsCross-functional collaboration with marketing, sales, engineering, and customer successStakeholder management, negotiation, and influence skillsAbility to translate business requirements into user stories and acceptance criteriaUX design principles and methodologiesRoadmap planning and prioritizationAbility to manage multiple priorities and deliver on timeLeadership, coaching, and mentoring skillsCustomer-first mindset and empathyUnderstanding of software development and agile/scrum workflowsComfort working in a global, hybrid environment
