- Own the product roadmap and align it with business objectives and customer needs.
- Lead the full product lifecycle from discovery and requirements through launch and continuous improvement.
- Partner with UX/UI, engineering, operations, and business teams to deliver customer-facing digital products.
- Drive feature prioritization, release planning, backlog grooming, and Agile execution.
- Manage external vendors and solution providers to ensure delivery quality, timelines, and accountability.
- Define KPIs, monitor post-launch performance, and iterate based on customer feedback and product analytics.
