- Define and own the strategy, vision, roadmap, and success metrics for AI-powered products.
- Partner with business Product Owners, data scientists, engineers, and architects to translate goals into sprint-ready requirements and backlog items.
- Lead Agile ceremonies and manage backlog refinement, prioritization, release planning, and delivery coordination in Jira.
- Define KPIs, acceptance criteria, and non-functional requirements; evaluate and accept or reject sprint deliverables.
- Monitor delivery metrics, sprint velocity, backlog health, and product performance, and report progress to leadership and PMO.
- Identify and manage AI-specific risks such as model drift, bias, data quality gaps, and ethical considerations.
