- Own the product strategy and roadmap for software engineering and AI engineering platforms.
- Drive convergence of SDLC and AIDLC so AI becomes a native part of engineering systems.
- Lead productization of AI-powered developer platforms, reusable APIs, SDKs, and platform services.
- Define and track engineering and AI metrics, including DORA and AI performance metrics.
- Partner with Engineering, AI/ML, DevOps, and Security teams to deliver reliable, scalable, governed platforms.
- Prioritize the backlog and lead trade-off decisions across feature velocity, platform stability, innovation, build-vs-buy, and cost-vs-latency.
