- Drive features from ideation through implementation, go-live, and adoption.
- Lead continuous user discovery through interviews, contextual inquiry, and surveys.
- Synthesize qualitative and quantitative insights into problem statements, personas/JTBD, journey maps, and opportunity areas.
- Measure acquisition, activation, retention, engagement, and funnel metrics to improve product performance.
- Collaborate with UX designers to create intuitive interfaces that drive adoption and NPS.
- Act as a forward-deployed PM to support customer implementation, rollout, and adoption.
