- Own and drive product roadmaps across multiple products in the Medha portfolio.
- Translate business objectives into epics, user stories, and prioritized backlogs.
- Lead discovery, validation, and prioritization through user research, market analysis, pilots, and feedback loops.
- Partner with Design, Engineering, Quality, and Leadership to scope, deliver, and stabilize releases.
- Lead user onboarding, training, documentation, and first-line query resolution for product releases.
- Define KPIs, build dashboards, and drive post-launch reviews and stakeholder communication.
