- Define the problem, scope, priorities, and roadmap for one or more product areas.
- Own product decisions based on customer problems, platform strategy, and measurable outcomes.
- Balance immediate customer requests against long-term platform integrity, extensibility, and reuse.
- Set success metrics before launch and verify delivered capabilities create the intended value.
- Work directly with engineering, architecture, and AI/ML teams to shape capabilities end to end.
- Drive product thinking across problem framing, data readiness, experimentation, evaluation, rollout, monitoring, and iteration.
