- Define and execute product strategy aligned with business goals and customer needs.
- Build and manage the product roadmap, balancing innovation, modernization, customer value, and commercial outcomes.
- Own product features and capabilities across retail operations, including POS, inventory, payments, reporting, and integrations.
- Drive product discovery, requirements gathering, validation, launch planning, and adoption measurement.
- Develop retailer workflow understanding through customer interviews, workshops, usability sessions, and feedback reviews.
- Collaborate with Engineering, Design, support, partnerships, and go-to-market teams to deliver and launch products.
