- Lead requirements discovery and analysis with stakeholders, Engineering, QA, UX, and customers.
- Translate business needs into epics, user stories, acceptance criteria, and supporting documentation.
- Prioritize and maintain the product backlog to support iteration planning and roadmap execution.
- Communicate business objectives, technical implications, and solution impacts to cross-functional teams.
- Participate in Agile ceremonies to drive delivery and continuous improvement.
- Support Sales, Client Management, and Technical Support with product expertise and escalations.
Required Skills
5+ years of product management or related experienceBachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related technical field preferredStrong understanding of SDLC and Agile methodologiesExperience writing user stories, acceptance criteria, design documentation, process flows, and wireframesAbility to analyze ambiguous business problems and define structured requirementsProficiency with JSON, XML, APIs, and request/response patternsUnderstanding of system integration patterns, event-driven architectures, data pipelines, and API behaviorStrong organizational and multitasking skills
Nice to Have
Mortgage or financial services industry experienceAI/ML concepts for document automation, data extraction, classification, and predictive decisioningExperience working with Data Science and Engineering teamsKnowledge of responsible AI principles, model interpretability, and bias mitigationExperience defining training data needs and evaluating model performance
