- Own the vision, roadmap, and outcomes for multiple enterprise products or capabilities.
- Drive product discovery to identify opportunities, validate problems, and define solutions.
- Translate business objectives into product strategies, roadmaps, and prioritized initiatives.
- Lead products through the full lifecycle from discovery and planning through delivery, adoption, and continuous improvement.
- Partner with Engineering, UX, Architecture, PMO, Testing, Validation, and business teams to deliver high-quality solutions.
- Build stakeholder alignment, communicate progress and risks, and influence decisions with data-driven recommendations.
Required Skills
9–12 years of overall experience4+ years in Product Management, Product Ownership, or other product-focused rolesExperience owning enterprise software, SaaS platforms, workflow products, or business-critical technology solutionsStrong product judgment and prioritization skillsAbility to articulate business value and evaluate investment trade-offsAnalytical, problem-solving, and communication skillsAbility to operate independently and navigate ambiguityExperience working across engineering, business, operations, and leadership stakeholdersUnderstanding of enterprise platforms, integrations, data, automation, AI-enabled capabilities, and modern software delivery practices
Nice to Have
Bachelor of Engineering, preferably in computer scienceMBAExperience in Healthcare, Life Sciences, Clinical Research, CRO, HealthTech, MedTech, or other regulated industriesExperience managing enterprise workflows, platform products, APIs, integrations, data products, or operational systemsExperience working with globally distributed teams and stakeholdersExperience owning a product domain comprising multiple products, capabilities, or workflows
