- Own a product pod and manage the backlog for SaaS integrations, database connectors, or the Intelligence Layer.
- Drive the 'why' behind product decisions and contribute directly to architecture and technical tradeoffs.
- Engage customers directly, gather requirements, and translate customer needs into product direction.
- Simplify complex technical behavior for Support, CS, and Solutions Engineering so they can represent the product accurately.
- Identify and close critical product gaps in the first 3-6 months and sharpen the foundation.
- Help define and shape Hevo's Intelligence Layer and next chapter.
