- Define and lead the product strategy and roadmap for AI-driven user interactions and user quality ranking systems.
- Write product requirements and detailed specifications, partnering with engineering to deliver high-quality features.
- Lead, coach, and develop a team of UX/UI and Business Analysts, including KPIs, 1:1s, and career plans.
- Plan and execute go-to-market strategies with business and operations partners.
- Use data, user research, and experiments to improve the activation funnel, new user experience, and product health.
- Define ranking-quality and relevance metrics, and design test strategies to evaluate AI product changes.
