- Own the product roadmap for customer engagement experiences across omnichannel surfaces like WhatsApp, Instagram, Facebook, Email, RCS, and Web.
- Build and improve conversational commerce workflows that drive customer engagement, retention, and support efficiency.
- Own inbox and agent tooling, including live chat, ticket routing, escalation, and agent productivity features.
- Own chatbot builder experiences, conversation flows, bot management, and bot-to-human handoff mechanisms.
- Develop AI-powered CRM capabilities across lifecycle marketing and customer support using LLMs and conversational AI.
- Manage platform integrations and collaborate with engineering, design, customer success, and GTM teams to ship impactful features.
