- Define and communicate the product strategy and roadmap based on market trends, customer needs, and company goals.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities, gaps, and market demands.
- Collaborate with engineering, design, marketing, sales, and customer support to deliver and launch products.
- Prioritize product features, enhancements, and bug fixes based on customer feedback, technical feasibility, and business impact.
- Define KPIs, track product performance post-launch, and iterate based on data insights and feedback.
- Present product updates, roadmaps, and strategies to senior leadership and manage stakeholder relationships.
