- Own product lifecycle activities from vision through implementation.
- Define product strategy and roadmap in partnership with engineering, marketing, and business development.
- Conduct customer development and gather user feedback through in-person and virtual interviews.
- Drive product design decisions by evaluating technical trade-offs and architecture with engineering.
- Lead launch, evangelism, and sales enablement efforts with product marketing and field teams.
- Support key opportunities and help resolve critical customer issues across customers, support, and engineering.
