- Own the product vision, roadmap, and lifecycle for the e-commerce platforms.
- Write PRDs and user stories for new features, customizations, and platform improvements.
- Prioritize the backlog and lead sprint planning with engineering, QA, and DevOps teams.
- Coordinate cross-functionally with marketing, sales, customer support, UI/UX, and developers.
- Use customer feedback, analytics, and KPIs to drive product decisions and continuous improvement.
- Maintain product documentation, training materials, and a clear knowledge repository for future developments.
